This policy explains what information Spring B collects when you register for a workshop or otherwise contact us, how that information is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you register we collect the information you enter on the registration form: typically your first name, email address, and phone number. We also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit on this site.
How we use it
- To send you the workshop confirmation, the Zoom link, and the workbook
- To send reminders about the event you registered for
- To send information about future events, offers, and updates, on the channels you consented to
- To respond to questions you send us
Text messages and WhatsApp
Text message and WhatsApp consent are separate, optional, and never required to register. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out of one channel does not opt you out of the others.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time and it takes effect on all marketing email.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We use service providers to run the site, host the webinar, and send email and messages, and they only handle your information to provide those services to us.
Retention
We keep registration information for as long as it is needed to run our events and communications, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us and we will act on the request.
